I am travelling, Nov 19 to Dec 4, so I will not be running lessons then.... unless you're in Phoenix?! I will post December Lessons, the week of Nov 24 (likely before Thanksgiving). Juanita and Redmond schedules are still tight through Champs, but the Union Hill Pool has far more time, - at more convenient times! It is a fantastic setting for big breakthroughs, if you can make it out to East Redmond.
